DUI: Ryan Parks parks car inside house after drinking with friends on Broadway

19-year-old Ryan Parks crashed into a Kimbark Drive residence on July 20th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Parks, who stated he had fallen asleep while driving and crashed into the home. Parks said he was coming from Broadway with friends before consenting to sobriety tests. During the tests, he showed signs of impairment and performed poorly. Parks was Mirandized, and after being read implied consent, he refused to provide a chemical sample. Parks was then taken into custody for driving under the influence and an implied consent violation.

Ryan Parks of Highway 100 in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 20th, charged with driving under the influence and implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $4,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
