On June 29th, 40-year-old Christina Timmons had broken into a Jones Avenue rental home where Eaden Fleming and Seth Weller stayed. Fleming and Wellers alerted the authorities and told responding officers that an unknown heavy-set white female wearing a black shirt and blue jeans had walked into where they were staying. They told police she had stolen a pair of jean shorts and a belt. Then, they told officers the female, later identified as Timmons, went toward East Trinity Lane afterward. Officers found Timmons matching the provided description at a park bench near the Jones Avenue and Joy Avenue intersection. Officers also located the stolen shorts and belt next to her. Officers conducted a show-up, during which Fleming and Wellers identified Timmons as the person in question. Timmons was taken into custody for aggravated burglary.
