61-year-old Floyd Foreman crashed his white pickup truck near Nolensville Pike and Burkitt Road on June 12th. Foreman suddenly reversed into several vehicles and then went up a steep hill, where he got stuck. When officers arrived, medics advised them that Foreman needed two doses of Narcan to wake up. Foreman denied taking any drugs and struggled to answer questions in the back of the ambulance. Then, he was transported to Southern Hills Hospital. Foreman told officers he fell asleep and believed he was parking when the crash occurred. He then agreed to provide a chemical sample and was cited for the incident that day. Foreman was later booked on the citation of driving under the influence on July 9th.
