18-year-old Shanecia Mitchell stole from the Nolensville Pike Walmart on May 13th. The police report stated that Mitchell concealed merchandise inside her purse and tried exiting the establishment without paying for the $70.68 worth of items.
Detectives obtained video footage from the location and later identified Mitchell as the person in question. A warrant was issued for her arrest on June 5th. Mitchell was later taken into custody for theft on July 28th.
Shanecia D. Mitchell of Neill Ave in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 28th, charged with theft. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
