27-year-old Yeniefer Perez Lopez had an incident at the Nolensville Pike Planet Fitness in the early hours of August 29th. When officers arrived, they instructed Lopez to leave repeatedly. During their interaction, officers noticed he reeked of alcohol.
As he was leaving, officers told Lopez not to drive away. However, he proceeded to get in his vehicle anyway. Officers deemed Lopez a danger to himself and detained him for the occurrence. Lopez was then taken into custody for public intoxication.
Yeniefer Perez Lopez was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 29th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
