Markees Walker jailed after spending $295 on personal purchases with company gas card

31-year-old Markees Jordan Walker, a National Tire Warehouse Inc. employee, fraudulently used his company’s gas card from February 7th, 2023, to March 14th, 2023. John Logsdon, a National Tire Warehouse supervisor, called the police to the Space Park North location. He told officers that Walker used the company card for numerous personal purchases without their consent.

Logsdon provided a signed statement from Walker, admitting to the unlawful use of the card, totaling $295.26. A warrant was obtained for Walker’s arrest on April 14th, 2023. Walker was later taken into custody for fraudulent credit card use and theft on September 4th, 2024.

Markees J. Walker of Pawnee Trail in Madison, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 4th, charged with credit card fraud and theft. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
