Turner had informed officers that he and Showmake had gotten into an argument. He explained that he became so upset that he punched out the back driver’s window of Catalina’s vehicle, which caused it to shatter. Turner had cuts to his hand that were consistent with the glass shattering on it. Officers then spoke with Shoemake over the phone, and her statement corroborated Turner’s. Due to the evidence and admittance, Turner was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for vandalism.

Andrew Turner of Clarksville Pike in Joelton, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 9th, charged with vandalism. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
