Officers were called to the Main Street Mapco gas station, where they spoke with Marlyna Jefferson, the store manager, who stated that at around 3:50 p.m., one of her employees had called her advising that Williams was aggressively panhandling their customers. Jefferson said she approached him to tell him he was not allowed to be there, to leave, and that he was trespassing, during which he started yelling derogatory, offensive, provocative slurs at her while threatening to “slap” her up, causing her to fear for bodily injury and call the police.
