36-year-old Breanna Leeds flagged officers down near the Skyline Ridge Drive and Channing Drive intersection around 4 a.m. on April 14th. She asked them for a ride to her vehicle, stating she was “lost after overdosing on Fentanyl” around 1 a.m. Before getting into the patrol car, she consented to a search of her person. During the search, officers located an Oxycodone pill and two Clonazepam pills wrapped inside a $1 bill, separate from her everyday medication container. Leeds told officers she had a prescription for the pills at home but not on her. Leeds was then cited for the occurrence that day. Leeds was later booked on the citation for two counts of simple possession on May 21st.
