43-year-old Ben Walker was involved in a domestic incident with Ali Hassam at a Carl Avenue residence on May 26th. Walker had called officers two times when he had first called. He had injuries and was transported to the hospital, and officers were unable to further assist with prosecution. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Walker, who admitted to assaulting Hassan with a pan. Walker showed officers the pan, which had a dent in it. Walker explained why he hit Hassan, and he was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Ben Walker was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 26th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
