53-year-old Bobby Jo Alley was observed slumped over her steering wheel near the East Thompson Lane Kroger late May 25th. Upon arrival, medics advised officers that she was in the driver’s seat with the keys in the ignition. Alley admitted to talking and having fentanyl on her person. Officers then found 2.5 grams of fentanyl on Alley after searching her. Alley was rocking back and forth, nodding off in the patrol car and speaking incoherently. After she refused medical treatment, the medics left. Alley was then taken into custody for felony possession of Fentanyl and public intoxication.
Bobby Jo Alley of Wildview Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 25th, charged with fentanyl possession with intent to sell and public intoxication. She is free on a $10,100 bond.
