Squatter Wesley Lovell attempts to run after being caught inside man’s vacant home

25-year-old Wesley Lovell was seen trespassing in a vacant Towne Village Road home on May 24th. When officers arrived, they spoke with the homeowner. He stated that the house should have been vacant but saw Lovell inside. Once officers made their way inside the residence to check for inhabitants, they saw Lovell run out of the back door. After apprehending Lovell, officers called out for anyone inside the property to come out. Two other people made themselves known to officers and were taken into custody. Wesley Lovell was taken into custody and charged with aggravated criminal trespassing on May 25th.

Wesley Lovell was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 25th, charged with aggravated criminal trespassing. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
