26-year-old Donovan Fayne was seen drunk after getting into a car wreck near Bell Road on June 16th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Fayne, who stated that when he was driving, someone cut him off, and he swerved to avoid the vehicle. When officers spoke with the victim of the crash, they noticed the smell of alcohol coming from Fayne, as well as Fayne’s red, watery eyes. When officers asked about the smell, Fayne admitted having two drinks an hour before. Officers then asked him to perform sobriety tests, which he consented to but showed several indicators of intoxication. Fayne agreed to take a breathalyzer test, which resulted in .159% BAC.
