On Friday Night, 31-year-old Randi Estella Lambert caused a disturbance near Gate D3 at Nashville International Airport. When officers arrived, they saw her cursing out Southwest Airlines gate agents, so they made contact with her. While interacting with her, they noticed she reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication. After Southwest rebooked her for a Saturday flight, officers offered her a cab or Uber to a hotel for the night. When they started escorting her, she stumbled and continued yelling and cursing while children were present, so they detained her for the outburst. After handcuffing her, officers had to carry her to their patrol car because she was unable to walk down the steps. Lambert was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
