21-year-old Roddrick Greene caused a disturbance at Christopher Michael Jacobs’ Bayview Drive residence around 8:39 p.m. on Saturday. When officers arrived, they observed Greene walking towards the home with a shovel, so they told him to put it down. After complying with the officers’ request, Greene picked up a piece of concrete and threw it at Jacobs’ window, breaking it in the process. Seeing this, officers commanded him to lie on the ground and detained him for the incident. While escorting Green to their patrol car, they noticed he was making unclear statements and showed signs of intoxication. Jacobs told officers that before their arrival, Greene had approached him and asked “If he wanted to wrestle,” but when he told him no, Greene started moving closer and put his hands up in a fighting stance. Roddrick Greene was then taken into custody for assault, criminal trespass, vandalism, and public intoxication.
