Scoline Ponce steals $478 worth of merchandise from Target

24-year-old Scoline Jakeline Ponce and Emmy Elizabeth Ponce stole from Target on September 6th, 2023. They were observed entering the store, gathering merchandise, placing a false price tag on one of the items, and scanning it for a lower price. They then fail to scan the rest of the items and try to leave without paying for $349.84 worth of merchandise. A warrant was issued for Scoline’s arrest on October 16th, 2023.

Then, on March 29th, 2023, Scoline re-entered Target and selected two pink towels, three black towels, a gray trashcan, and a piece of furniture. At the self-checkout, she switched tickets on the towels and trashcan, then didn’t scan the furniture piece. Scoline left Target with $84 worth of items. An additional warrant was issued for her arrest on March 14th, 2024. Ponce was later taken into custody for two counts of theft on June 19th, 2024.

Titans Sales Exec. Mary-Kate Wichalonis assaults security guard after sneaking boyfriend into Whiskey Row

23-year-old Model & Tennessee Titans Sales Executive Mary-Kate Wichalonis had an altercation with a security guard, Noah Williams, at Whiskey Row around 11:12 p.m. on June 18th. When officers arrived, they located Wichalonis on the ground, detained by security. Officers asked security to back up so they could speak with Wichalonis. While officers walked with her to their patrol car, they noticed she showed several signs of impairment and reeked of alcohol. Then, officers spoke with Williams, who stated he witnessed Wichalonis attempting to sneak her boyfriend into the bar. Williams added that when he went to remove Wichalonis, she became aggressive and struck him six times in the head before other security guards took her down. Another security guard corroborated Williams’ statements. Then, when officers asked Wichalonis about the occurrence, she stated she tried sneaking her boyfriend in because he had lost his ID. Initially, Wichalonis qualified for a citation but refused to give officers her fingerprints, so they detained her. Wichalonis was taken into custody for public intoxication and assault on June 19th.

Brandon Dotson steals $6,200 worth of items from Airbnb, tells police he knew “something was off”

31-year-old Brandon Dotson, Jaylun “Choppa” Underwood, and their friend “Rockout” Porter stole from Adam Rosenberg’s 28th Avenue North Airbnb on January 24th, 2023. On May 10th, 2023, Rosenberg told police that he had rented out a property using Booking.com for the first time on January 24th, 2023. Rosenberg stated he spoke to a “Lauren Jones” who had booked it for the night. On the morning of January 25th, 2023, he noticed the guests who stayed had stolen five flat-screen TVs totaling $5,000 and two Dyson vacuum cleaners, which cost $1,200. Rosenberg said he checked the reservation and discovered that their payment did not go through, and he was given invalid information. Then, he provided officers with footage of the incident, showing Underwood backing a white Chevy Cruz into the driveway, which later returned with the plates removed. On January 25th, 2023, around 6:40 a.m., Dotson and Underwood loaded the TVs and one of the vacuums into the Chevy Cruz while Porter put the other one into a white Jeep Cherokee. Then, the men fled and left the garage door open, which was when Rosenberg realized his property had been stolen.

Officers discovered that the Chevy Cruz was registered to Underwood’s relative, Ardy Boyle, who stated Underwood primarily drove the vehicle. During a call with Dotson, he said he was at the Airbnb for what he thought was a housewarming party with Underwood and gave officers his phone number. Dotson added that he was there to cut hair, and when they woke up around 6 a.m., they told him they were moving soon so he could take some things with him. Dotson stated this is when they started loading the items into their cars. Dotson said he knew “something was off” when Underwood got upset with him for dropping one of the TVs. He stated the AR-15 he was carrying belonged to Underwood and that “Rockout” Porter was driving the Jeep Cherokee. Officers later discovered that Porter was stopped by the police on May 4th, 2023, as a passenger in the Chevy Cruz. A warrant was issued for their arrest. Dotson was taken into custody for theft and aggravated burglary on June 19th, 2024.

DUI: Donovan Fayne blows .159% BAC after crashing car, tells police someone cut him off

26-year-old Donovan Fayne was seen drunk after getting into a car wreck near Bell Road on June 16th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Fayne, who stated that when he was driving, someone cut him off, and he swerved to avoid the vehicle. When officers spoke with the victim of the crash, they noticed the smell of alcohol coming from Fayne, as well as Fayne’s red, watery eyes. When officers asked about the smell, Fayne admitted having two drinks an hour before. Officers then asked him to perform sobriety tests, which he consented to but showed several indicators of intoxication. Fayne agreed to take a breathalyzer test, which resulted in .159% BAC. Fayne was then taken into custody for driving under the influence..

Andrew Pugh breaks into car at Sleep Inn Hotel, tells police he thought it was abandoned

33-year-old Andrew Pugh tried to steal Quintez Nails’s vehicle from Sleep Inn hotel on Percy Priest Drive late June 15th. When officers arrived, Nails had Pugh on the ground, ensuring he did not escape until they showed up. Then, when officers spoke with Pugh, he admitted that he believed the car had been abandoned for several days, so he broke into it. Pugh was taken into custody for vehicle theft.

Autumn Galvez-Velasquez punches ex-boyfriend numerous times because he won’t have sex with her

28-year-old Autumn Galvez-Velasquez was involved in a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend of six years, Ivan Rodriguez, at his Old Hickory Blvd residence on June 16th. Officers arrived at Rodriguez’s home and spoke with him. Rodriguez told officers that Velasquez came to his house and wanted to have sex with him. After denying her advances, she proceeded to punch and slap Velasquez several times in the face. Rodriguez pulled his phone out to attempt to record the altercation, but Velasquez turned off the lights. Nothing was visible during the recording, but officers could hear Velasquez saying stop laying your hands on me. Autumn Galvez-Velasquez was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Charles Bledsoe slams ex-girlfriend on pavement after stealing her phone

27-year-old Charles Bledsoe was involved in a domestic altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Aiden Springfield, at a Charlotte Avenue apartment residence on May 13th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Springfield, who claimed Bledsoe fled. Springfield told officers that she had invited him over for the evening. When he came over, he became upset and grabbed her phone. Proceeding this, Springfield asked Bledsoe multiple times to return her phone, but Bledsoe refused. Bledsoe then went outside into the parking lot with the phone, and Springfield followed. Springfield claimed that once in the parking lot, Bledsoe had assaulted her. She claims that he picked her up and forcefully threw her to the ground, causing her face to bounce off the concrete. Springfield stated that after this, Bledsoe returned her phone, and Springfield went inside to call the police. Officers observed Springfield’s injuries, noticing a significant red mark on the left side of her face and a rash on the side of her chin from being thrown to the pavement. Once the police were called, Bledsoe fled the scene. A month ago, officers were called to the same address for a similar incident where Bledsoe had assaulted Springfield in the kitchen. Bledsoe was deemed the primary aggressor, and a warrant was issued that day. Bledsoe was later taken into custody for domestic assault on June 14th.

Christian Castro passes out drunk on plane at Nashville International Airport

29-year-old Christian Castro was taken into custody for public intoxication at Nashville International Airport on June 16th. Airport police were called to Gate C-17 regarding an unresponsive male, later identified as Castro, on the aircraft. When officers arrived, the flight crew advised them he was breathing and slow to wake. Passengers told officers that Castro appeared to be intoxicated upon boarding, where he was denied and escorted off. He showed signs of intoxication as he agreed to go to the on-site hotel for the night, but when he got there, he refused to book a room. Hotel employees also told officers they would not do business with him. Castro was deemed a danger to himself and was detained for the occurrence.

BUI: Anthony Barr drives boat without navigational lights on Percy Priest Lake

58-year-old Anthony Barr was seen driving his boat without navigational lights past sunset on June 15th at Percy Priest Lake. When officers stopped his boat and made contact with Barr, they observed a strong smell of alcohol coming from him. Barr admitted to drinking, so officers requested him to go to their boat and perform sobriety tests. After performing poorly, Anthony Barr was taken into custody, where he admitted that he also smoked marijuana. He was then transferred to booking and charged with boating under the influence, boating violation, and implied consent.

Tayuanna Eaton punches ex-boyfriend in face after he talks about her mother

26-year-old Tayuanna Eaton was involved in a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend and roommate, Diazhon Butler, at their Chimney Top Drive apartment residence on June 16th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Eaton, who claimed that she and Butler were verbally arguing when Butler said something about her family. This caused Eaton to become upset, striking him. Eaton claimed that they both began fighting after she struck him but was unsure about how many times or where she hit Butler. Officers then spoke with Butler, who explained that Eaton got upset about a statement he made regarding her mother. Proceeding this, Eaton then punched him in the face, causing a busted lip and bloody nose. Officers noticed Butler’s busted lip, which was documented. Due to Butler’s injuries and the statements made, Eaton was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
