Craig Seaman tells daughter he “should deck her” for not giving his tools back

69-year-old Craig Seaman had a domestic incident with his daughter, Adrienne Bobos, at her residence on June 13th.  Seaman alerted the authorities, advising them that he had gone to his daughter’s house to retrieve the tools he had left behind while he was living in Thailand. When Adrienne refused to give him the tools, he responded by telling her he “should deck her.” After this, she went inside and would not let him in. When officers spoke with Adrienne, she corroborated her father’s statements, adding that he was very close to her and had his fist up as if he were going to punch her. Adrienne’s 13-year-old daughter witnessed this and confirmed her mother’s version of events. Seaman denied raising his fist at her but was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Justin Smith punches father in head during argument

30-year-old Justin Smith had a domestic altercation with his father, Darren Smith, at their West Kirkland Avenue residence late June 13th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Darren, who stated that Justin had become a severe alcoholic and drank every day. Darren added that when Justin drinks, his aggression is at its worst. Then, Darren explained that he and Justin had a dispute, which escalated when Justin became irate and punched him in the head. Justin’s assault left a bloody knot on the left side of Darren’s head. Officers tried to wake Justin up to speak with him, but he was passed out on the couch, reeking of alcohol. When Justin eventually woke up, he refused to speak with officers, so they detained him. After being handcuffed, Justin told officers that he did not hit Darren. Later, Justin changed his story and admitted that he hit Darren with a stick but that Darren hit him first. Justin Smith was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault on June 14th.

Anjel Hilton attacks girlfriend for telling her mother she was driving while drunk

25-year-old Anjel Monique Hilton had a domestic incident with her girlfriend, Jaileen Santiago, at their Forest Park Road apartment around 3:45 a.m. on February 17th. Santiago told responding officers that Hilton picked her up from work, and she noticed she was intoxicated, so they switched seats and drove home. She stated when they returned to the apartment, she called Hilton’s mother and told her about the occurrence, which upset Hilton, so she started striking Santiago in the face, leaving a laceration on her lip, a knot on her forehead, and bitemarks on her left index finger and forearm. Officers obtained a warrant for Hilton’s arrest, and she was taken into custody for domestic assault on June 13th.

Desmond Jones arrested on 5 outstanding warrants after high-speed car chase with police

29-year-old Desmond Jones was seen speeding away from law enforcement in a white Nissan Rouge on June 13th on Old Hickory Boulevard and Dickerson Pike. At the time of the arrest, Jones was free on a $75,000 bond for an incident in August 2023 and was also wanted for five outstanding warrants. Jones was recognized by detectives who observed him and two other cars conduct what they reported as a narcotics transaction. Once Jones was positively identified, law enforcement utilized spikes to stop him from fleeing. After being spiked, Jones was able to make his way toward I-65 before coming to a stop. During the chase, detectives observed Jones throwing items out of his window. When detectives advised Jones of his Miranda Rights, he admitted that he tossed a pill bottle containing M30s. Desmond Jones was taken into custody and charged with evading arrest and driving on a suspended license on June 14th.

Troy Gober Jr. hits child’s mother in face during argument

37-year-old Troy Wayne Gober Jr. had a domestic altercation with the mother of his child, Ireland Scanlan, at their Huntington Parkway residence on October 16th, 2023. When officers arrived, they spoke with Scanlan, who had visible bruising and swelling to her left eye. Scanlan stated that during the argument, Gober struck her in the face. Gober’s mother and officers tried to get him to return, but he refused. Scanlan stated that the witnesses, who were all Gober’s family members, told her that if she called the police, they would tell them that she hit him first. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and he was taken into custody for domestic assault on June 13th.

DUI: Roshaun Kimble pulls up drunk behind T-Dot truck at accident scene

42-year-old Roshaun Cordell Kimble was observed going in and out of consciousness on I-40 West Mile Marker 210.2 in the evening hours of June 6th. Officers were assisting with a crash involving injuries when Kimble pulled up and parked behind a T-Dot truck near the crash. NFD Medics and T-Dot workers notified police, and they approached the vehicle and spoke with Kimble, who exhibited signs of intoxication. Kimble told officers he was going to Hermitage, TN, but officers noticed he was going in the opposite direction. Kimble was placed in the back of the ambulance and transported to Centennial Hospital, where he fell asleep. While in the ambulance, Kimble stated he did not consume any narcotics or alcoholic beverages. After being informed of implied consent, Kimble refused to give a blood sample. Officers later found an empty pill bottle in the passenger seat of his vehicle. Kimble was taken into custody for driving under the influence-2nd offense on June 7th.

Danielle Burford assaults boyfriend during argument over past relationships

29-year-old Danielle Burford had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Tanner Holland, at their Stone Hedge Court residence late June 13th. A third party called the police, advising them that there was a male and a female, later identified as Holland and Burford, fighting in the street, adding that the female appeared to be the aggressor. When they arrived, they located Holland walking barefoot without a shirt while Burford exited the house with only a blanket wrapped around her. Holland told officers that when he picked Burford up from work, she was intoxicated and started arguing with him about girls he had previously dated, during which she became upset and slapped him.

Holland said he hit her back, and when they got home, the dispute continued inside, where he tried to leave, but Burford began grabbing and pulling him to the ground, preventing him from going. During the scuffle, she tore his shirt and left visible injuries to his neck, hands, and right forearm. Kayte Evans heard Holland scream for help. She told police that she saw Burford grabbing Holland and stopping him from leaving. Burford then admitted to attacking Holland but said he punched her in the face. She said she had been drinking alcohol earlier in the night and did not want Holland to leave. Burford was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault on June 14th.

Gabriel Tyson throws large rock through front door of Hart Lane Driver Services Center

22-year-old Gabriel Ryan Tyson threw a large rock through the front door of the Hart Lane Driver Services Center around 12:37 p.m. on June 12th. When officers arrived, Tyson had already left, but bystanders who witnessed the incident pointed out that he had just driven past. Officers located Tyson driving near Tennessee Water and Fire on West Kirkland Avenue, where they conducted a show-up with a Driver Services Center employee, who positively identified Tyson as the person in question. Officers reviewed footage of the incident. Officers were told that Tyson entered the building, was notified that he did not have the proper paperwork, and was explained what he needed to have. After this, Tyson became upset, snatched his papers off the table, and kicked the door open to leave the building. Tyson then returned with a large rock and threw it at the front door, which did not do enough damage, so he threw it again and shattered the front door panel. The repairs were valued at approximately $1,500 to replace. Tyson was then taken into custody for vandalism.

Frank Pakeerah threatens to assault his daughters, tells them “I will knock you in the f*cking head!”

60-year-old Frank Pakeerah had a domestic incident with his daughters, Kristian and Taylor Pakeerah, at their Peachtree Street residence on June 13th. Kristian told responding officers that her father was intoxicated, threatening to hit her and Taylor. She said Frank placed Taylor’s belongings outside, adding that “this has become a regular occurrence.” Then, officers spoke with Taylor, who stated Frank texted her saying, “Make sure you leave my keys; otherwise, I will knock you in the fucking head. I am not making a joke!” which caused her to fear for her safety. Frank Pakeerah was taken into custody for harassment threats on June 14th.

Derek Hudgens drunkenly beats Morgan Wallen’s This Bar with metal pipe

39-year-old Derek Hudgens was beating Morgan Wallen’s This Bar with a metal pipe on 4th Avenue North on June 13th. Staff alerted the authorities, advising them that Hudgens had walked away towards Broadway. When officers headed that way, security flagged them down and pointed him out. Hudgens was seen standing in the valet lanes at the Hilton Hotel, holding a metal pipe. Officers approached him and noticed he reeked of alcohol, showing signs of impairment before admitting to having a 40 oz beer. Officers discovered that the Hilton Hotel had an active trespass waiver and detained him for the occurrence. Hudgens was taken into custody for criminal trespass and public intoxication.
