Alaura O’saile punches ex-boyfriend in face at restaurant

23-year-old Alaura O’Saile was involved in a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Tanner May, at Twin Peaks on Gallatin Pike North. On June 2nd, officers spoke with May, who stated that he was having dinner with his friend, Noah Joyner when O’Saile showed up at the location. She then went to their table and threw water at May before punching him several times in the head and face. Officers spoke with Joyner and a waitress from the restaurant, whose statements corroborated May’s account of the attack. O’Saile was taken into custody for domestic assault on June 5th.

Ephraim Ngandu dances in the middle of Bell Road for YouTube video

22-year-old Ephraim Ngandu danced in the middle of the roadway as traffic sped around him on Bell Road in the early hours of June 5th. Officers observed this and approached him before escorting him to the sidewalk. Officers noticed he had a black motorcycle helmet on his head, so they asked him about the black motorcycle without a license plate, which he claimed. Ngandu told officers he was not doing anything wrong and was making a YouTube video. Officers later discovered that his bike was not registered and advised him that it would be towed, so they tried to work with him by offering him a courtesy ride and letting him call his family and friends to pick him up, but he could not find anyone. Throughout their interaction, he lied about numerous things, including where he lived, how long he had been in Nashville, etc.  Since he could not find a place to go, Ngandu was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

DUI: Molly Denson crashes car after using her phone, tells police “sorry for the accident”

31-year-old Molly Denson was involved in a car accident near 2nd Avenue South in the early hours of June 6th. Denson told responding officers she did not see the parked car because she was on her phone. During their interaction, officers noticed Denson reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment. Officers prompted Denson with sobriety tests, which she consented to and performed poorly on. Denson refused to provide a chemical sample and was detained for the occurrence. While on the way to booking, she told officers that she was “sorry for the accident” several times and that “it was her fault.” Denson also made a statement about “driving her friends to the bar.” Denson was taken into custody for an implied consent violation and driving under the influence.

Nicola Spillman violates order of protection in place for woman and child

35-year-old Nicola Spillman was served an order of protection on March 15th. On June 5th, around 3 a.m., while officers were on a separate call for service, they looked up Nicola and Kanestria Spillman through NCIC, who were together at the time, and discovered that Kanestria has an active order of protection against Nicola, that does not expire until March 19th, 2027, which was verified with Summit Ohio County Sheriff’s Office. When officers arrived and tried to arrest Nicola, Kanestria became very argumentative, telling them she would be waiting outside the Night Court Commissioner’s office upon her release. Kanestria added that she would pick her up, and they would leave to return to Ohio. Officers later found that there was a child in the vehicle who was also on the order of protection. Nicola Spillman was taken into custody for an order of protection violation on June 5th.

Andrea Kadeba punches man in face at Barstool Bar for disrespecting her friend

31-year-old Andrea Kadeba had an altercation with Joshua Duckett inside Barstool Bar late April 21st. Staff at the establishment flagged officers down and advised them of the incident. When they arrived, they spoke with Duckett, who stated that Kadeba had sat beside him at the bar. He informed her that someone was sitting there already. After repeating himself, she punched him on the right side of his face. Following the attack, a bartender escorted Kadeba out, during which she admitted to punching Duckett. She told officers that she punched Duckett because he was disrespectful to her friend. Duckett advised them that he wanted to press charges, and she was cited for the incident. Kadeba was booked on the citation of assault on June 3rd.

Chrishaun Alexander tries to fight roommate recovering from surgery

18-year-old Chrishaun Alexander had a domestic incident with one of his roommates, Erik Works, at their Dickerson Pike apartment around midnight on June 5th. Alexander spoke with responding officers, telling them that he and Works had a verbal disagreement before denying that any threats or violence had occurred. Works stated that he was lying in bed when Alexander became irate and entered his bedroom, breaking his door in half. He said Alexander started using fighting words, which placed him in fear as he was recovering from surgery. Joyetta Reed, their roommate, intervened and stood between them. Alexander was taken into custody for domestic assault.

William Myers earns free night in jail after getting into fight outside Central Police Precinct

46-year-old William Myers was seen intoxicated in public outside of the Central Police Precinct on June 5th. That day, Officers responded to a call regarding an assault outside the Precinct. Officers arrived on the scene and made contact with Myers, who officers told to back away from the other involved parties of the incident. When officers ordered Myers to back up, he refused to move and continued to stand there, acting belligerent. Myers refused to comply with officers’ commands to back away, so officers could not safely get more information. While officers were speaking with Myers, they could smell the strong odor of alcohol coming from him. Officers also noticed Myers’ slurred speech before he admitted to drinking in his prior interactions with police. Myers could not give an account of what happened, and his story changed multiple times as he spoke with officers. Officers deemed Myers to be too intoxicated to care for himself, and he was taken into custody for public intoxication.

18-Year-Old Yussuf Osman flees from police after driving stolen Infiniti Q50

18-year-old Yussuf Osman was caught after fleeing a stolen vehicle near a University Court residence on June 4th. Osman fled from a stolen Infiniti Q50 that officers had followed to the location via investigators and helicopter. After parking the vehicle, two occupants fled from the vehicle, one being Osman and the other being a juvenile. Osman was caught after fleeing and was taken into custody on foot near the University Court residence. Osman told officers he was friends with the juvenile but was uncooperative while they questioned him. The juvenile told officers he had purchased the vehicle. The Infiniti Q50 was valued at $15,318 on Kelley Blue Book. Osman was taken into custody and charged with vehicle theft on June 5th. Osman was also previously arrested in March 2024 for possessing a handgun under the influence as well as possessing cocaine.

Manivone Manivong punches sister-in-law in her chest during argument

63-year-old Manivone Manivong was involved in a domestic altercation with her sister-in-law, Bounkham Ounoutha, at their residence on June 4th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Ounoutha, who told them that Manivong, her sister-in-law and roommate, had begun throwing out her belongings. Ounouotha told officers that she and Manivong had started arguing. During the argument, Manivong had run towards her with her fists curled up, punching Ounoutha in the chest before pushing her. Officers then spoke with Manivong, who told them she had gotten into a verbal argument with Ounoutha. During the argument, Ounouotha walked towards her, telling her, “Hit me, hit me,” placing Manivong in fear for her own safety. Manivong told officers that Ounoutha kept walking towards her, so she pushed her away. A witness to the crime, who is Manivong’s Husband and Ounoutha’s brother, told officers that he heard the argument between them and walked outside to call 911. Proceeding this, when he re-entered the residence, he observed Manivong pushing Ounoutha. After he separated both parties, he noticed Manivong outside talking and talking to herself. The witness believed Manivong was going to hurt Ounoutha. Based on the statements given, Manivong was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault on June 5th.

DUI: Michael Krone caught with multiple empty wine bottles in Dominos parking lot

40-year-old Michael Krone drove his white Jeep Grand Cherokee with expired tags near Murfreesboro Pike and Thompson Lane on June 4th. Officers also noticed that his right brake light was out, so they initiated a traffic stop in the Dominos parking lot. Officers approached the vehicle and spoke with Krone, who reeked of alcohol and admitted to drinking and taking Gabapentin, which he had a prescription for. Krone denied using illegal drugs as he showed signs of impairment. Krone exited the vehicle for sobriety tests, which he performed poorly on. During a subsequent search of his Jeep, officers located multiple empty wine bottles in a backpack on the front seat, Chore Boy, which is used to help smoke crack cocaine, and numerous pill bottles. After being read implied consent, Krone agreed to provide a blood sample. A computer check revealed Krone had two prior DUIs: one from 2017 in Kentucky and one from 2014 in Pennsylvania. Krone was transported to Nashville General Hospital and was taken into custody for driving under the influence-3rd offense on June 5th.
