24-year-old Gillian Lado was involved in a car accident at the intersection of Charlotte Avenue and 14th Avenue North at 11:42 p.m. on June 29th. When officers arrived, they approached Lado, who they reported smelt like alcohol and was visually impaired. Officers asked Lado how many drinks she had, and she replied that she only had one vodka soda. Lado agreed to perform sobriety tests, but while doing so, she showcased multiple indicators of intoxication. After being read her Miranda Rights and implied consent, she refused any chemical tests. Lado was then taken into custody for driving under the influence and implied consent violation on June 30th.
Gillian Elise Lado of Brookridge Trail in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 30th, charged with driving under the influence and an implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave her pre-trial release from their facility.
