19-year-old Bralynn Tipps was seen in an altercation on Broadway near 4th Avenue on July 5th. Officers observed Tipps and another individual arguing. Officers could not hear what was said but witnessed the two begin physically fighting. Because Tipps did not attempt to stop the fight, he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
Bralynn M. Tipps was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 5th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
