Robert Buxton falls on ground after drunkenly stumbling around Demonbreun Street

26-year-old Robert Buxton was stumbling as he walked near the 10th Avenue South and Demonbreun Street intersection on July 5th. Then, after he fell to the ground, officers tried to assist him and called for the medics due to his intoxication level. Buxton refused medical treatment and had no friends to care for him or take him home. Buxton was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Robert Buxton was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 5th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
