20-year-old Gloria Marie Horner stole from H&H Market on Dr. D.B. Todd Jr. Boulevard in the early hours of July 10th. Store employee Ruby Hart observed Horner placing items into a brown backpack she took from the market. She concealed about $120 worth of merchandise, including candy, water, and a hat. After this, Hart told her manager, Mina Maksmous, who promptly locked the front door and alerted the authorities. When Horner realized that she was locked inside the establishment, she started pouring out 2-liter bottles onto the floor, opening food packages and dumping them, pouring bleach, and destroying two hookah pipes. Horner then kicked out the glass door, causing $7,000 worth of damage. Horner was then taken into custody for vandalism and theft.
