32-year-old Christian Banuelos was seen sleeping face-first on the ground at the Nashville International Airport on July 13th. Officers made contact with Banuelos and woke him up, which took several minutes. While interacting with Banuelos, officers observed that he smelled of alcohol and exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. After officers checked his boarding pass, it was determined that he missed his flight. Officers then escorted him to ground transportation and offered him an Uber. However, Banuelos refused to take the Uber. Banuelos was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Christian A. Banuelos was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 13th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
