33-year-old Allen Stidmon was seated underneath the Jefferson Street Bridge at the Gay Street and 1st Avenue North connector on June 21st. Officers noticed this and cited him for actively trespassing on Government property that day. Stidmon was booked on the citation of criminal trespass on July 15th.
