28-year-old Eugene McClough interfered with a police investigation near the Hilton Hotel on 4th Avenue South in the early hours of July 22nd. Officers were looking into a domestic-related incident when McClough was being disorderly, so they asked him to leave the area. He responded by being loud towards them and hindering them from making an arrest. During their interaction, they noticed he showed signs of impairment to the point of falling down a set of stairs. Once he got up, he urinated on a nearby wall, and officers detained him for the occurrence. As he was detained, he became resistive, stiffening up and refusing to get into their patrol car. McClough was then taken into custody for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
