30-year-old Tevin Golden was found sitting in a travel lane near the Hickory Hollow Parkway D&K Menswear shortly after midnight on July 27th. Officers approached and noticed he had several cuts on his face. Golden told officers he had fallen on the ground when asked what happened. Officers offered Golden medical treatment, but he repeatedly refused.
During their interaction, officers noticed he reeked of alcohol and was falling over while trying to walk. Golden became uncooperative with officers’ questioning regarding getting him to a safe place. Golden was deemed unable to care for himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Tevin J. Golden was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 27th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
