33-year-old Pablo Chavez Muthe entered Maylen Donu Cardon’s, his ex-girlfriend’s, Edmonson Pike apartment without permission on July 9th. Cardon alerted the authorities and advised them that when she got home from work, she discovered Muthe inside her home. When she saw him, Cardon asked him what he was doing there, to which Muthe responded by asking her how her day was going. Cardon added that Muthe left after this interaction.

When officers spoke with Muthe, he said he went by Cardon’s home to check on her and noticed her door was unlocked. He explained that he entered her unit and waited for her to return. Then, Muthe corroborated her statements, telling officers that he only asked her how she was doing and how her day was. After this, Muthe said that he got a text from their son telling him to leave, so he did and went home. A warrant was then obtained for his arrest on July 10th. After failing to appear in court, a criminal summons was issued. Muthe was booked on a summons for aggravated criminal trespass on July 29th.
