49-year-old Stephanie Augustinsky and her husband, Barry Glenn Augustinsky, caused a disturbance at Morgan Wallen’s This Bar on 4th Avenue North in the evening hours of August 2nd. Security alerted the authorities and told them that Stephanie had been throwing drinks inside the establishment. They added that Stephanie was asked to leave due to her level of intoxication but refused. Officers then reviewed footage showing Stephanie and Barry arguing with employees, causing a scene in the business.
A security guard told police that Stephanie had slapped him. When they interviewed Stephanie, she admitted to hitting the guard and said that she refused to leave because she had done nothing wrong. She further explained that she had many alcoholic beverages. During their interaction, officers noticed that she reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment. Officers deemed Stephanie a danger to herself and detained her for the incident. Stephanie Augustinsky was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Stephanie Augustinsky was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 2nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
