34-year-old Brandy Braly was observed trespassing and being disorderly at a Dunkin’ Donuts on Rosa L Parks Boulevard on August 8th. When police arrived, they engaged with Braly to offer assistance. Despite this, Braly continued to have strangers call 911 for various reasons. It was discovered that the day before, Braly had been asked to leave Nashville’s rescue mission. Braly was then sent to a mental health cooperative, where she refused to participate in the program.

Despite being offered assistance by officers, Braly refused all help and was asked to leave the Dunkin’ Donuts by the staff. As officers were leaving, they saw Braly return to the Dunkin’ Donuts. Braly then picked up a large rock and threw it at an occupied vehicle in the parking lot, causing damage. The vehicle owner did not wish to prosecute. Braly was taken into custody for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
