Shauntae Simmons steals $173.85 worth of merchandise at Opry Mills Mall

18-year-old Shauntae Simmons was seen shoplifting at Spencer’s and Children’s Place at Opry Mills Mall on July 12th. Once officers arrived, Simmons and another woman were stopped in connection with the theft. While interacting with Simmons, officers observed the stolen items from Spencer’s inside and an H&M bag that Simmons was holding.

A search of the bag revealed that Simmons also possessed stolen items from The Children’s Place, which she confessed to taking. The total value of the stolen items came back as $173.85. Officers then cited her for the violation that day. Simmons was later booked on the citation of theft of merchandise on August 6th.

Shauntae C. Simmons of Creekwood Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked on a citation on August 12th, charged with theft.
