45-year-old Nita Franceschetti was caught being disorderly and publicly intoxicated at The Red Door Saloon on Division Street on August 18th. While patrolling the area, officers were approached by security. They informed officers that Franceschetti was being hostile and refusing to leave the bar despite being asked numerous times. Security then had to escort Franceschetti out of the bar. Franceschetti became even more agitated during this process and began causing a disturbance.

When officers spoke with Franceschetti, they noticed her speech was slurred, and she had a strong smell of alcohol on her breath. They offered her a ride to the hotel she was staying at, but she refused. Franceschetti then began arguing and yelling at the officers. Due to her level of intoxication, Franceschetti was taken into custody as she was considered a danger to herself. She was later charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
