39-year-old Isaac Moreno was involved in an altercation with Sara Garcia outside Margaritaville on August 17th. Officers were flagged down and spoke to security at the location about the incident. Security stated that they witnessed Moreno grabbing onto Garcia and attempting to pull her with him. As Garcia attempted to pull away from Moreno, he grabbed hold of her and put his hand on her neck.
This is the moment when security stepped in. Garcia stated that she did not want to prosecute and that she and Moreno were only having a disagreement. She further mentioned that both she and Moreno needed to return to their hotel to take some time to cool down. Despite this, officers offered Garcia counseling, an order of protection, and prosecution. Moreno was later taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on August 18th.
Isaac E. Moreno of Pepper Trail in San Antonio, TX, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 17th, charged with domestic assault. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
