DUI: Benjamin Partridge crashes car into embankment after having several drinks at bar

41-year-old Benjamin Partridge was involved in a car crash on Jackson Road at 10:30 p.m. on August 22nd. When officers arrived, they observed Jackson’s vehicle had crashed into an embankment and that he was sitting in the back of an ambulance. After refusing transportation from EMS, Partridge told officers that he had driven himself home after drinking alcohol at a bar.

Officers noticed signs of impairment in Partridge, so they asked him how many drinks he had consumed. After admitting to officers that he had consumed several beers at a bar, Partridge refused to participate in any field sobriety tests. Partridge was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence on August 23rd.

Benjamin M. Partridge of Wolfeboro Lane in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 23rd, charged with DUI. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
