39-year-old Lindsay Brown was stopped on August 22nd for using her phone while driving. When officers approached Brown, she informed them that her license was suspended and that she didn’t have insurance on her car.
During her arrest, officers also learned Brown had an outstanding out-of-county warrant. Brown was then taken into custody for her outstanding warrant and charged with driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.
Lindsay R. Brown was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 22nd, charged with driving on suspended license and no insurance. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $600.
