Chase Timko drunkenly bothers police officers after allegedly stealing person’s phone

25-year-old Chase Brendan Timko and his friend allegedly stole one of two bystanders’ phones late August 23rd. The bystanders flagged officers down regarding this. When officers arrived, they investigated and detained Timko’s friend. Then, Timko got into an officer’s face and touched his shoulder.

After this, the police told Timko to back up several times because he was interfering with their investigation. However, Timko continued to disregard their commands. During their interaction, officers noticed that Timko was visibly intoxicated and detained him for the incident. Timko was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication on August 24th.

Chase Brendan Timko of Summit Street in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 24th, charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
