Officers also noticed that Myers was having trouble standing on his own and appeared to be intoxicated. Officers then attempted to help Myers find a ride home. They asked if he could call a friend to help him or find him a ride home, but Myers couldn’t do either. Officers deemed Myers to be intoxicated and a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody for public intoxication.
