21-year-old Emmalee Toledo was seen sitting on the floor at the Nashville International Airport on August 24th. When officers made contact with Toledo, she explained that she and her boyfriend had been drinking. Officers were informed that Toledo and her boyfriend had booked a room at the Hilton Hotel for the night, so they let them go.
Later that day, law enforcement was called to the Hilton Hotel’s parking area because Toledo was causing a disturbance and yelling. When officers made contact with Toledo again, they observed that she still smelled of alcohol and that she was still showcasing signs of intoxication. During their interaction with Toledo, officers allowed her to return to her room with her boyfriend, but she refused. Toledo was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Emmalee Lynn Toledo was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 24th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $250.
