Weber was not present after the officers’ investigation, so they left. Weber then returned to the scene and tried to attack Loder again. Officers returned to the location and spoke with Weber, who reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment before admitting to having “a couple of shots of vodka.” Weber was then taken into custody for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and assault.
