Cam’Ron Harrell assaults ex-girlfriend for not leaving apartment after breaking up with her

27-year-old Cam’Ron Harrell had a domestic altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Tayviah Davis, at his 3rd Avenue South apartment late August 24th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Harrell, who stated that he and Davis were going through a breakup and he had asked her to leave. Harrell said they had a verbal dispute after Davis told him she wanted to stay a couple of days to get her things together. Harrell added that things calmed down between them, and Davis started gathering her belongings.

Davis spoke with the police and said that she and Harrell had broken up earlier in the day. She went into detail, stating that after he told her to leave, she told him she wanted to stay a few extra days. Davis said Harrell responded by grabbing her right wrist and telling her to leave the apartment. Officers observed an abrasion on Davis’ right wrist, consistent with her statements. Harrell was then taken into custody for domestic assault on August 25th.

Cam’Ron M. Harrell of Third Avenue South in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 25th, charged with domestic assault. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
