25-year-old Hillary Morales Dubon was involved in an altercation with the father of her child, Misael Lopez Vega, on August 25th at her Brick Church Pike residence. When officers arrived and spoke with Dubon, she stated that she had argued with Vega about him not returning their son at the time they agreed on. Dubon told officers that when she asked Vega to leave, he pushed her and then hit her in the face. Officers later made contact and spoke with Vega about the incident. Vega told officers that during an argument, Dubon assaulted him. Vega stated Dubon pushed him, grabbed him by the neck, and shoved his head to the ground. Vega stated that he acted in self-defense by pushing Dubon off of him and hitting her in the face as he attempted to get away from her. A witness who was still present confirmed all of Vega’s statements. When officers questioned Dubon again, she admitted to pushing Vega first. After police observed visible injuries on Vega, Dubon was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault.

Coleman Stewart scratches hospital staff member’s car when she wont return his knife

23-year-old Stewart Coleman was caught vandalizing property at Madison Gentry Hospital on Cumberland Bend on August 26th. Officers were called regarding a mental health patient who became upset with Mobile Crisis staff. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with staff who stated that when they released Coleman, they refused to return his knife. They explained that due to him stating that he had been suicidal in the last 24 hours, they wouldn’t return his knife. After this, they claimed Coleman yelled outside the building as well as began threatening staff, saying he would kill them. Coleman allegedly kicked the glass door several times, trying to get back inside. When he could not make entry, he picked up a rock and scratched the glass door with it. Coleman then walked toward staff vehicles with the rock in hand. Coleman used the rock to scratch the staff member’s car, causing scratches that officers observed. Mobile crisis staff showed officers footage of the incident, showing Coleman damaging the vehicle, which will cost $3,000 to repair. Due to the footage and vehicle damage, Coleman was subsequently taken into custody for vandalism.

Realtor Kydrea Moses bites boyfriend after he wakes her up, tells 911 operator “he doesn’t need help”

30-year-old Kydrea Moses was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Christian Kroot, while at Sonder The Chorus Hotel on 9th Ave North on August 25th. When the police arrived, they spoke with Kroot, who said he woke up his girlfriend, Moses. Kroot stated she was slumped over a toilet when he woke her up. Kroot added that she became angry and started yelling at him. Kroot stated that Moses grabbed a knife block and threw it at him but missed. He said he tried to calm her down by putting his hands on her shoulders, but she bit his left bicep. After that, Kroot said Moses continued yelling at him and pushing his head with her finger. Kroot then called the police, and the dispatcher overheard Moses saying, “he doesn’t need help.” Kroot told the officers that they had both been drinking and had never been in a domestic situation before. The officers saw a fresh bite mark on Kroot’s left bicep. Because of the injuries and statements made, Moses was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault.

21-year-old Jean Pier Francisco Rondon-Cordova and Salvatierra Alvarado stole merchandise from Sunglass Hut at Tanger Outlet Mall on August 12th. An employee at the location, Laura Martinez, alerted the authorities and completed a report stating that two suspects, later identified as Alvarado and Rondon-Cordova, entered the store and started looking at sunglasses. Martinez said that while the female, Alvarado, asked her about the glasses, the male, Rondon-Cordova, concealed two pairs in an Adidas bag he had brought. After this, the two left without paying for $851 worth of sunglasses. Then, images of Alvarado and Rondon-Cordova were sent to South Precinct Detectives to identify them. On August 26th, officers were notified of Rondon-Cordova and Salvatierra Alvarado being at Tanger Outlet Mall. When officers arrived, they observed them and Kalex Zhaid Ramos-Baez getting into a vehicle. Officers noticed the vehicle had an obstructed plate and illegally tinted windows, so they conducted a traffic stop. After the police approached the vehicle, Ramos-Baez stated he had no driver’s license, which they later confirmed. Then, officers Mirandized and interviewed Rondon-Cordova and Alvarado. During the interview, officers alerted detectives that an Adidas bag containing Coach items was inside the vehicle, which Rondon-Cordova claimed he had stolen. Following the admission, officers went to the Coach store, where they spoke with a store manager. The store manager confirmed that Ramos-Baez, Rondon-Cordova, and Alvarado had entered the establishment and started browsing through merchandise. While Ramos-Baez looked through the store, Rondon-Cordova was observed concealing multiple items inside a bag he had brought. After gathering the merchandise, Alvarado paid for a pair of shorts. Zatiyah Dixon douses boyfriend in bleach, destroys his phones during altercation

21-year-old Zatiyah Dixon was involved in a domestic incident with her boyfriend, Monte Simpson, at his Fatherland Street residence on August 26th. When officers arrived and spoke with Simpson, he stated that Dixon broke both of his phones and threw bleach on him. Simpson told officers that while he was sleeping, Dixon woke him up and hit him in the face. Simpson stated that when he got up, Dixon had both of his phones in her hands. Dixon then told him to get out of the residence. According to Simpson, while he was in the process of leaving, she smashed both of his phones. Simpson stated she then took the lid off a bottle of bleach and poured it on him, his car, and his clothes. When officers made contact with Dixon, she was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault and vandalism.

Milleily Toledo-Villegas sells margarita to minor at La Chula Mexican Bar & Grill

29-year-old Milleily Toledo-Villegas sold alcohol to a TABC undercover CI at La Chula Mexican Bar & Grill on July 18th. TABC agents entered the establishment and conducted a minor compliance check. During the check, they witnessed Toledo-Villegas serve their minor CI a margarita after not checking their ID. Toledo-Villegas was then cited for the incident that day. Toledo-Villegas was later booked on the citation of selling alcohol to a minor on August 23rd.

Derrick Dumoulin calls police multiple times while tweaking at Knights Inn Hotel

39-year-old Derrick Dumoulin called the police and told them, “Someone is pointing a gun at me and is breaking into my hotel room.” on August 24th. When officers arrived and spoke with Dumoulin, he stated that no one had tried to enter his hotel and that there was no gun. Officers had already responded to Knights Inn hotel three separate times this day because of Dumoulin. Each time law enforcement arrived, Dumoulin would tell them there was no emergency and that dispatch was not telling the truth. The day before, on August 23rd, officers had also responded to Dumoulin multiple times. Dumoulin had reported that he was in serious danger, so officers were unable to respond to other pending calls. Dumoulin was warned that he would be arrested if he continued to make false 911 calls. While officers interacted with Dumoulin, they reported he was excessively sweating, extremely paranoid, and fidgeting. After Dumoulin consented to a search of his hotel room, officers found a chore-boy inside his microwave, which they reported was commonly used for smoking narcotics. Dumoulin was then taken into custody and charged with making a non-emergency 911 call on August 25th.

Juan Thompson pistol-whips his cousin for touching his shoes during argument

19-year-old Juan Thompson had a domestic incident with his cousin, Toniyja Winters, at her Bell Road apartment in the early hours of August 26th. Winters told responding officers that she let Thompson and his pregnant girlfriend, Briasia Hyde, stay the night. Then, Winters stated that she and Thompson verbally argued the following morning. She stated they argued because Thompson was mad Hyde went outside and was doing something while pregnant. Winters said that she told Thompson and Hyde to leave because she had to go to work and did not want them in her apartment anymore. After this, Winters explained that Thompson told her not to touch his shoes or he would pistol whip her. Then, Winters touched his shoes, trying to get him to leave. In response, Thompson grabbed his pistol and hit her in the back of the head twice, knocking her to the ground. Winters added that while she was on the floor, Thompson started hitting her with his shoes repeatedly. Hyde, who witnessed the occurrence, confirmed Winters’s statements. Then, Winters told the police that she wished to press charges. After the police noticed blood on the back of her head, Winters was transported to Summit Medical Center for treatment. Thompson was not on the scene, so a warrant was issued for his arrest that day. Thompson was later taken into custody for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on August 27th.
