44-year-old Kahit Moore was caught allowing an underage person into Bootleggers on July 29th. An undercover 19-year-old working with the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission entered Bootleggers and presented Moore with her ID card. Moore was observed letting her in with no markings.
The 19-year-old was then served a 12oz bottle of Michelob Ultra at the bar. Officers then cited him for the violation that day. Moore was later booked on the citation of alcohol sale to an underage person on August 27th.
Kahit Moore was booked on a citation on August 27th, charged with alcohol sale to a minor.
