46-year-old Kelly Bajdek was caught stealing Armand Anderson, her roommate’s mail, at a Hobson Pike residence on August 27th. When officers arrived at the scene, Anderson reported that on July 29th, he received a letter from the Wilson County Fair, which he placed on the table. Anderson claims that he believed Bajdek stole his mail because he was informed and received evidence from his booking agent in Wilson County. Anderson was also unable to find that specific piece of mail. Anderson informed officers that he was given a printout by Wilson County Fair staff of an email sent by Bajdek.

The email stated, “I need to make aware to any and all parties that I have lived with Anderson since April 1st, 2024. Anderson is very dangerous and scary. Anderson had many times stolen, assaulted, lied to, and the list goes on and on; in conclusion, I would like to say that any female attending this event should be careful and watched. Have a beautiful, blessed day! Kelly Bajdek”. The email also had an attached photo of Anderson and was time-stamped at 8:03 p.m. on July 29th. Anderson believes this is harassment aimed at affecting his job as a musician, and he wants her taken into custody. He believes she did this purposefully to deter the Wilson County Fair from allowing his performance. Due to the evidence and statements, a warrant was issued that day. Bajdek was later taken into custody for mail theft on August 29th.

Kelly Ann Bajdek of Towne Valley Ct in Antioch, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 29th, charged with theft of mail. She is free on a $1,000 bond.
