Tracey Barclay assaults sister during argument over financial issues

64-year-old Tracey Barclay was involved in a domestic altercation with her sister, Pamela Likens, while at their father’s house on August 1st. When officers spoke with Likens, she stated that she and Barclay went to their father’s house to discuss financial issues, which is not new to them. She mentioned that they began arguing over their past financial problems. Likens said that when she tried to leave, her father walked in front of her and asked her to stay. Likens then claimed to have walked out the front door, and Barclay followed her.

Likens alleged that after she got out of the door, Barclay grabbed her by her right bicep, causing an injury that officers later observed. Likens informed officers that she then turned around and grabbed Barclay’s shirt to get out of her grip. She claimed that when she walked to her vehicle, Barclay continued to follow her. A warrant was issued that day for Barclay’s arrest. Barclay was later taken into custody for domestic assault on August 30th.

Tracey Lewis Barclay of Oak Pointe Drive in Pleasant View, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 30th, charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $1,000 bond.
