The Davidson County Grand Jury indicted 29-year-old Octavious Walton for five counts of indecent exposure on July 31st, 2024. The indictment alleges that Walton, on September 25th, 2023, October 25th, 2023, November 10th, 2023, November 14th, 2023, and December 6th, 2023, before the finding of this indictment, while confined in a penal institution, and with intent to abuse, torment, harass, or embarrass an employee, did intentionally expose his genitals or buttocks to a staff member at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution.
Walton was taken into custody on September 9th, 2024.
Octavious Walton was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 9th, charged with five counts of indecent exposure. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
