Chase Timko drunkenly bothers police officers after allegedly stealing person’s phone

25-year-old Chase Brendan Timko and his friend allegedly stole one of two bystanders’ phones late August 23rd. The bystanders flagged officers down regarding this. When officers arrived, they investigated and detained Timko’s friend. Then, Timko got into an officer’s face and touched his shoulder. After this, the police told Timko to back up several times because he was interfering with their investigation. However, Timko continued to disregard their commands. During their interaction, officers noticed that Timko was visibly intoxicated and detained him for the incident. Timko was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Kenneth Smith jailed after starting brawl at Noel Block Garage

21-year-old Kenneth Smith was involved in a brawl in downtown Nashville at the Noel Block Garage on August 25th. When police arrived and attempted to mediate the fight, it was reported that it took several officers to stop it. During the questioning of all the involved parties, Smith was apprehended following his admission to initiating the conflict. The other parties were also taken into custody. Smith was transported to booking and charged with disorderly conduct.

Robert Bailey punches security guard at Mellow Mushroom for trying to take his drink

36-year-old Robert Bailey was caught after punching a security guard at the Mellow Mushroom on Broadway on August 24th. While officers were on Broadway, they were flagged down by security from Mellow Mushroom. The security guards stated that Bailey had punched one of their guards in the mouth. They claimed the security guard tried to stop Bailey from leaving the Mellow Mushroom with an alcoholic beverage. This caused Bailey to become aggressive, pulling away from the security guard. Bailey’s wife also got involved, pulling the security guard to prevent the victim from getting the drink. When the security guard tried to break free from Bailey’s wife, Bailey punched the victim in the face with his right hand, causing a laceration. Officers were provided video footage of the incident, and Bailey was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Emmalee Toledo causes disturbance at Hilton Hotel after drinking at Nashville International Airport

21-year-old Emmalee Toledo was seen sitting on the floor at the Nashville International Airport on August 24th. When officers made contact with Toledo, she explained that she and her boyfriend had been drinking. Officers were informed that Toledo and her boyfriend had booked a room at the Hilton Hotel for the night, so they let them go. Later that day, law enforcement was called to the Hilton Hotel’s parking area because Toledo was causing a disturbance and yelling. When officers made contact with Toledo again, they observed that she still smelled of alcohol and that she was still showcasing signs of intoxication. During their interaction with Toledo, officers allowed her to return to her room with her boyfriend, but she refused. Toledo was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Graciela Mcclure runs into police officer after passing out drunk in parking lot

23-year-old Graciela Mcclure was seen passed out in a parking lot on Second Avenue South on August 24th. Medical services responded to the scene and took Mcclure to First Avenue North for further medical needs. Mcclure declined any medical treatment and refused transportation to a hospital. Upon police arrival, officers witnessed Mcclure attempting to evade medical personnel. As she did this, Mcclure unexpectedly collided with an officer. Officers reported that Mcclure exuded a heavy smell of alcohol and that she was showcasing signs of intoxication. Law enforcement then deemed that Mcclure was a danger to herself and others. Mcclure was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Zackary Blackburn booked after underage drinking in Downtown Nashville

20-year-old Zackary Blackburn was seen publicly intoxicated near 2nd Avenue North and Church Street on August 25th. Officers were dispatched for a separate incident, and when they arrived, they spoke with Blackburn. However, while talking with him, officers noticed Blackburn had watery eyes and slurred speech. When asked how old he was, Blackburn admitted to officers that he was only 20. Officers then asked how long Blackburn had been drinking, to which he replied he had only been drinking for about 30 minutes. Blackburn was then deemed intoxicated and taken into custody for public intoxication and alcohol consumption under 21.

Logan Douglass found stumbling around, pulling on police car doors outside Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk

37-year-old Logan Douglass pulled on a metro police patrol vehicle’s door handle outside of Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk in the early hours of August 24th. Officers observed Douglass, via camera, stumbling around before tapping on the patrol car’s hood and pulling on its handles. Then, the police located Douglass inside a taxi near Kid Rock’s and spoke with him. During their conversation, he could not tell officers or the cab driver where he was staying for the night. Officers noticed Douglass reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication, so they deemed him unable to care for himself. Douglass was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Dustin Myers found holding onto pole & unable to walk after drinking at Honky Tonk Central

35-year-old Dustin Myers was seen publicly intoxicated near Honky Tonk Central on Broadway on August 24th. While officers were walking around on Broadway and 4th Avenue, they observed Myers holding onto a pole outside of Honky Tonk Central. Officers then approached Myers and asked if he was all right. Officers also noticed that Myers was having trouble standing on his own and appeared to be intoxicated. Officers then attempted to help Myers find a ride home. They asked if he could call a friend to help him or find him a ride home, but Myers couldn’t do either. Officers deemed Myers to be intoxicated and a danger to himself, so he was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Brandi Dusenberry booked after refusing to leave Legends Corner on Broadway

49-year-old Brandi Dusenberry was asked to leave Legends Corner on Broadway several times by the police on August 25th. While Dusenberry refused to comply with officers, they noticed she had a strong alcoholic odor emitting from her breath. Then, officers instructed her repeatedly to get out of the street. However, Dusenberry continued standing in the street, disregarding their commands. Dusenberry was then taken into custody for public intoxication.

Dakota Johnson assaults Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital security guard during altercation

30-year-old Dakota Johnson had an altercation with a hospital security staff member, Victoria Curiel, at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown shortly after midnight on August 25th. Responding officers were informed that Johnson had been a disruptive patient. Johnson reportedly entered the hospital requesting mental health assistance but was not satisfied with how his treatment was given. Then, the police report went into detail, stating that Johnson started threatening to take the lives of the hospital staff members. Johnson’s behavior distracted additional employees, preventing them from aiding their other patients. After this, security started escorting Johnson out, during which he threw his elbow backward and struck Curiel. Johnson was then taken into custody for disorderly conduct and assault.
