Wesley Sharp booked after walking around drunk in Downtown Nashville

20-year-old Wesley Sharp was seen publicly intoxicated while near 2nd Avenue North and Church Street on August 25th. Officers were dispatched for a separate incident, and when they arrived, they spoke with Sharp. However, while talking with him, officers noticed Sharp had watery eyes and slurred speech. When asked how old he was, Sharp admitted to officers that he was only 20. Officers then asked how long Sharp had been drinking, to which he replied he had only been drinking for about 30 minutes. Sharp was then deemed intoxicated and taken into custody for public intoxication and alcohol consumption under 21.

Isabel Lewis booked after drunkenly refusing to leave Barstool Nashville

24-year-old Isabel Paloma Lewis was escorted out of Barstool Nashville by security due to her intoxication level on August 25th. After this, security told Lewis to leave the bar several times, but she continued trying to re-enter. Officers noticed this and asked Lewis if they could help her call a cab home, to which she responded, “No.” Then, Lewis told officers that her friends were inside the establishment with her phone. During their interaction, officers observed that Lewis was visibly impaired. Officers then deemed her a danger to herself since she did not provide police with an address to get to her home safely. Lewis was then taken into custody for public intoxication. Lewis was previously arrested in June 2024 for assaulting her now ex-boyfriend when he attempted to break up with her.

Steven Henges asserts dominance by looking at officers while urinating in Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar parking lot

34-year-old Steven William Henges urinated in a parking lot between Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar and Broadway Brewhouse late August 24th. Patrolling officers observed Henges’ genitalia exposed in a flaccid state with urine coming out of it. Henges then turned around, faced officers, and finished urinating. During this, officers noticed Henges was visibly intoxicated, reeking of alcohol. Henges was then deemed unable to care for himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication and public indecency on August 25th.

Laura Weber attacks man outside AT&T Batman building after having “a couple shots of Vodka”

37-year-old Laura Weber caused a disturbance at the Batman AT&T Building in the early hours of August 24th. Upon arrival, officers located Loder and a few witnesses. Loder told the police that Weber had gotten upset, hit him three times in the back of the head, and slapped him in the face. A witness added that Weber started hitting Loder for no reason. Weber was not present after the officers’ investigation, so they left. Weber then returned to the scene and tried to attack Loder again. Officers returned to the location and spoke with Weber, who reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment before admitting to having “a couple of shots of vodka.” Weber was then taken into custody for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and assault.

Dominic Cheek fights security guard at Redneck Riviera for not letting him in

22-year-old Dominic Charles Cheek had an altercation with a security guard, David Christopher Robertson, in front of Redneck Riviera on August 23rd. Patrolling officers observed this and approached the scuffle. Cheek was detained, and officers spoke with Robertson, who stated that Cheek had attempted to enter the establishment. Robertson explained to officers that he refused Cheek entry due to his intoxication level. Cheek tried to push his way into the bar during their interaction, leading to a fight between them.  Robertson added that he wanted to press charges against Cheek for the occurrence. When officers spoke with Cheek, they noticed he reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication. Officers then deemed Cheek a danger to himself. Cheek was taken into custody for criminal trespass, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and assault on August 24th.

Lindsay Brown jailed on outstanding warrants after using phone while driving with suspended license

39-year-old Lindsay Brown was stopped on August 22nd for using her phone while driving. When officers approached Brown, she informed them that her license was suspended and that she didn’t have insurance on her car. During her arrest, officers also learned Brown had an outstanding out-of-county warrant. Brown was then taken into custody for her outstanding warrant and charged with driving on a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Scott Comment punches security guard in face at Tootsies Orchid Lounge for kicking him out

48-year-old Scott Comment was seen assaulting Kelvin Roberts at Tootsies Orchid Lounge on Broadway on August 23rd. When officers arrived, they noticed Comment was already in handcuffs by security. Officers then spoke with Roberts, who informed them that Comment was asked to leave the business, which upset him and started an argument. Roberts claims that as they escorted Comment out of the building, Comment grabbed him by his shirt and punched him in the face. Officers observed camera footage, and it shows Comment punching Roberts outside of the entrance to Tootsies. Officers then spoke with Comment about the incident. During their interaction, officers noticed the strong smell of alcohol coming from Comment’s breath. Comment was then deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for assault.

Aaliyah Crouch caught driving stolen 2003 Ford Escape at Nashville International Airport

20-year-old Aaliyah Crouch was caught driving a stolen vehicle at the Nashville International Airport near BNA Park Drive on August 22nd. Officers received a report that a stolen 2003 Ford Escape valued at $2,700 had entered terminal garage one. Patrol units searched both terminal garages and were notified by dispatch that the stolen vehicle had been located on the fifth floor of terminal garage one. Upon arrival, officers identified the driver as Crouch and took her into custody for vehicle theft.

DUI: Benjamin Partridge crashes car into embankment after having several drinks at bar

41-year-old Benjamin Partridge was involved in a car crash on Jackson Road at 10:30 p.m. on August 22nd. When officers arrived, they observed Jackson’s vehicle had crashed into an embankment and that he was sitting in the back of an ambulance. After refusing transportation from EMS, Partridge told officers that he had driven himself home after drinking alcohol at a bar. Officers noticed signs of impairment in Partridge, so they asked him how many drinks he had consumed. After admitting to officers that he had consumed several beers at a bar, Partridge refused to participate in any field sobriety tests. Partridge was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence on August 23rd.

Debra Rankin jailed after calling son over 150 times & repeatedly showing up to his job

72-year-old Debra Rankin had a domestic incident with her son, Nicholas Rankin, at his residence on July 25th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Nicholas. He explained he was doing yard work when Debra startled him, showing up unannounced and uninvited. Then, Nicholas stated that he told Debra to leave immediately. However, she insisted on conversing with him, so he went inside and called 911. According to Nicholas, his garage door was left open, which allowed Debra to enter his garage. She repeatedly banged on the door, telling Nicholas she refused to leave until he talked to her. After no threats or assault, Debra left without issue. In January 2024, Nicholas obtained a cease-and-desist order against Debra. With the assistance of Nicholas’ attorney, Debra acknowledged to cease all communications with him. Nicholas added that Debra had since shown up to his job three separate times, asking for him and trying to talk. He also said she reportedly had sent over 150 phone calls, texts, and emails. Nicholas added that he only responded by telling her to stop contacting him. Nicholas told the police that Debra’s actions have caused him emotional distress, personally and financially. He further explained that he had trouble sleeping and had been seeing a therapist. Then, Nicholas said Debra threatened to interfere with his employment. He informed officers that he did not want a relationship with Debra due to past abuse and domestic incidents. A warrant was then issued for Debra’s arrest that day. Debra Rankin was later taken into custody for harassment on August 22nd.
