Florida man Alejandro Marc assaults and spits blood on bouncer at Losers Bar & Grill

40-year-old Florida man Alejandro Marc was at Losers Bar & Grill early Sunday morning with a friend when a third fried was denied entry due to their level of intoxication. The two friends walked outside to confront security and were extremely intoxicated. Marc reportedly pushed a security guard, who punched him in the face in return. A fight ensued, and Marc then spit blood on the bouncer, Devin Ramirez, who wanted to prosecute for the assault. The entire incident was captured on security video. Marc was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Mehrdad Farhangi charged with domestic assault at Nashville International Airport

35-year-old Mehrdad Farhangi was at the ticketing area of the Nashville International Airport when he reportedly slapped Javid Mozhdeh. When confronted by airport police after several witnesses reported the incident, he claimed, “she hit me first!” Both parties were interviewed, and the two gave conflicting stories. After all witnesses were interviewed, it was determined that each party had assaulted the other, so both were taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Elizabeth Billingsley charged with DUI after interstate crash

22-year-old Elizabeth Billingsley told police she had “two vodka drinks” after her shift at Harper’s restaurant late Friday night. Though she could not remember what happened next, she was found wrecked on I-40 W in the early hours of Saturday morning. Witnesses report she hit a concrete barrier, spinning her vehicle across traffic, and then hit the barrier on the opposite side. She impacted other vehicles during the crash. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.182% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Mylev Davianna Boone slips handcuffs, pushes MNPD officer into wall

20-year-old Mylev Boone was jailed late Friday after an altercation at her home in East Nashville. Someone could be heard screaming for help when officers arrived at the Conviser Drive residence late Friday night. Officers observed the original caller and her daughter attempting to restrain Boone, who was being unruly and threatening. As officers attempted to detain Boone, she became tense and pulled away. She was visibly intoxicated and reeked of alcohol, according to police. She was eventually placed into handcuffs but later slipped them and then pushed another officer into a wall. She was eventually restrained enough to be transported to booking.

James Isaacs brawls on Broadway over tab at Rippy’s Honky Tonk

32-year-old James Isaacs was a part of a large party at Rippy’s Honky Tonk late Friday night that erupted into a brawl over the tab being paid. The entire party was asked to leave the bar by security, at which time they reportedly began to shove and assault security, one of whom was punched in the face. Isaacs, along with the other members of his party, were taken into custody and transported to booking.

DUI: Kirin Haller dazed and confused after East Nashville crash

37-year-old Kirin Haller was involved in a vehicle accident just after 9 p.m. Friday. Officers rolled up on the crash on East Trinity Lane near Ellington Parkway. Haller reportedly stumbled as she exited her vehicle and had trouble balancing as she spoke with officers. She could not articulate what happened to cause the accident and reportedly reeked of alcohol. She repeatedly asked the same question even after being given an answer and seemed very confused. She performed “very poorly” on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

John Zapytowski jailed after fighting bouncers at Jason Aldean’s bar

24-year-old John Zapytowski was jailed early Sunday morning after a fight at Jason Aldean’s bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Security for the venue flagged down nearby Metro Nashville Police officers to report the fight in progress. Zapytowski had been asked to leave earlier due to his disruptive behavior but he refused. As security was escorting him out of the building, he began to fight and assault the bouncers. He was detained by officers and continued to be belligerent. He was then taken into custody and transported to booking.

Broderick Winger charged with DUI after fleeing from crash

Police say 21-year-old Broderick Winger was the driver of a hit-and-run incident that occurred just before 4 p.m. Saturday. Winger reportedly crashed into a vehicle at 8th & Demonbreun and then fled toward 5th Ave South, where he parked his vehicle in the middle of the road near an intersection. Officers made contact with Winger, who was visibly intoxicated, and had four “Four Loko” cans on the floorboard. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody, with a stop at Metro General for a forced blood draw.

Luis Chavarria drunkenly tries to fight security at Plaza Mariachi

34-year-old Luis Chavarria was seen in an altercation with security at Plaza Mariachi on December 30th. Upon arrival, officers made contact with security, who had detained Chavarria. Security advised officers that Chavarria was intoxicated, refused to leave the property, and attempted to assault one of them. The security guard did not wish to prosecute. When officers tried to obtain Chavarria’s information, he was uncooperative but handed over his passport after a short holdout. Luis Chavarria was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

DUI: 18-year-old Cecil Dodd drinks beer before driving wrong direction down one-way street

18-year-old Cecil Dodd was jailed on January 4th after police observed him driving in the wrong direction down a one-way street. Officers pulled him over on 4th Avenue and James Robertson Parkway and could smell alcohol coming from his person. Dodd admitted to drinking a beer earlier that day. Dodd and his passengers were removed from the vehicle and questioned separately. All occupants agreed that Dodd had alcohol in the car before picking up the passengers. During the vehicle search, officers located several beer containers and single shots of Fireball. Dodd performed poorly on sobriety tests, was taken into custody, and blew a .057% on a breathalyzer. He also admitted to having a vape in his pocket. Cecil Dodd was charged with consuming alcohol under 21, driving while intoxicated underage, possession of alcohol under 21, and tobacco violation.
