Anthony White assaults girlfriend, punches hole in her bedroom door during altercation

32-year-old Anthony White was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Eboni Eriamiatoe, at a Creekwood Drive apartment residence on April 1st. When officers arrived, they spoke with Eriamiatoe, who stated that she believed White was abusing drugs again and was acting strange. Eriamiatoe stated that White attempted to enter the bathroom in her bedroom, and she instructed him to leave. Eriamiatoe claimed that as White was walking out of the bedroom, he punched a hole in her bedroom door before walking back into the bedroom towards the bathroom again. After this, the two began fighting, and at some point, Erimiatoe received a busted lip from the altercation. After the fight, White returned to the hallway, where they continued arguing before White took a chair and went outside the apartment. Eriamiatoe then proceeded to lock the door behind White as he walked out. When officers arrived, they noticed that White had already fled the scene before observing a broken chair outside the apartment door and a broken hole in the wall. Officers also observed Eriamiatoe’s injuries, but she refused medical attention. White was deemed the primary aggressor, and a warrant was issued that day. White was then found and taken into custody for domestic assault and vandalism on July 3rd.

Local Musician Jason Wall caught assaulting wife by delivery man

36-year-old Local Musician Jason Wall was involved in a domestic incident with his wife, Chelsea Wall, at a Lords Chapel Drive residence on May 22nd. When officers arrived, they were met by Mr. Rodney. Rodney told them that while delivering packages, he saw Jason on top of Chelsea, holding her down. Rodney stated that he told Jason to get off of her, and Jason listened to him but continued to talk to Chelsea. Rodney said he stayed by Chelsea because he was scared of her safety. When officers spoke to Chelsea, she informed them that she and Jason were separated because of his constant use of drugs and alcohol. Chelsea stated that she and Jason argued over his recent behavior. During their argument, Jason got into Chelsea’s face and aggressively grabbed her arms. This caused redness and bruising on her arms, which officers observed. The argument then made its way outside, which is where Jason pushed Chelsea down to the ground and mounted her. While Jason was on top of Chelsea, he repeatedly stated, ” I just want to work things out and see my son.” When officers initially spoke with Chelsea, she said she did not want to press charges. Instead, Chelsea stated she wanted to get Jason some help with his mental health. However, she has since changed her mind and wishes to prosecute Jason. Jason was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on July 3rd.

Jeffrey Lebron Ownby sets clothes on fire while shoplifting at Walmart

62-year-old Jeffery Lebron Ownby was seen setting clothes on fire at the Walmart on Gallatin Pike North at 9:00 a.m. on July 3rd. Ownby was observed entering the store at 6:00 a.m. He took an electric cart and proceeded to go around the store and conceal merchandise inside it. Once he was done, Ownby attempted to leave Walmart but was stopped at the exit doors. When Ownby was stopped, he got upset and left the store without the cart to smoke a cigarette. Shortly after, Ownby returned back inside and began walking through the store. While walking, Ownby began damaging items with his crutches. Ownby then made his way to the men’s clothing section and started lighting clothes on fire with a lighter. While the clothes were on fire, the fire also caused damage to the flooring. Loss prevention employees detained Ownby until officers arrived. While detained, Ownby admitted to setting the clothing on fire. Ownby was taken into custody and charged with attempted theft and aggravated arson.

Shane Fogle punches man in face during fight at Jack’s-Bar-B-Que

20-year-old Shane Fogle was involved in an altercation at Jack’s Bar-B-Que on June 20th. Footage of the incident shows an unknown individual, now identified as Fogle, punching Lan Dickerson in the face. Dickerson struck Fogle back, causing them to fall to the ground. Once they were on the ground, people came in and separated them. While Dickerson was still on the ground, Fogle attempted to kick him in the head but missed. Jack’s Bar-B-Que posted the video on their social media account, and members of the public identified Fogle as the attacker. Fogle’s attorney also contacted the authorities and stated that the person in the video was Fogle. The altercation left swelling on Dickerson’s left eye. Fogle was later taken into custody for assault on July 3rd.

Tyrun Woods throws, punches, & strangles ex-girlfriend multiple times during altercation

26-year-old Tyrun Woods was seen strangling his ex-girlfriend, Jaylen Pollard, at her South 6th Street apartment residence on June 28th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Pollard, who stated that while she was lying in her bed, Woods, her child’s father, came into the room and thumped her on her cheek. This upset Pollard, so she hit him on the back of his head, prompting Woods to grab one of her arms and hold her face down on the bed. When Woods refused to let Pollard up, she bit him to make him let her go. Once Woods let her go, he proceeded to throw Pollard onto the floor, pull her up, and throw her again into a wall. Woods then stood Pollard up and began to punch her in the face. Pollard claims after the punches, Woods proceeded to put her in a chokehold, restricting her breathing for 8-9 seconds. Pollard told officers that she had difficulty breathing and almost lost consciousness. Pollard stated to get Woods to stop, she had to bite his arm.

When Woods had left, she went inside her home and noticed all her furniture had been moved. Pollard then noticed that both her flat-screen TVs had been destroyed. The estimated damage to the TVs was $800, and Woods was deemed the primary aggressor. A warrant was issued, and Woods was taken into custody for aggravated assault and vandalism on July 3rd.

April Earps booked for public intoxication, tells police she didn’t know anyone’s number

22-year-old April Earps was seen visually impaired at 12:40 a.m. on July 5th. Earps approached officers, stating she could not get home and needed assistance. While interacting with Earps, officers observed that she was intoxicated. During their conversation, Earps admitted that she had been drinking. Earps informed officers that she lived out of county, so they could not transport her to her residence. Officers attempted to get her a taxi, but she told officers that she felt unsafe being alone in a taxi. Earps was then told to call someone to help her get home. Earps told officers that she didn’t know anyone’s number. Officers deemed that Earps was unable to care for herself, so she was taken into custody for public intoxication.

Adam Chantarumporn destroys intimate partner’s cigarettes during argument

41-year-old Adam Chantarumporn was seen vandalizing Dustin Hall’s, one of his intimate partners, property at their Herman Street apartment residence on July 5th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Hall, who stated that he and Chantarumporn argued about slamming doors inside their residence. Hall also advised officers that Chantarumporn had approached and pushed him during the argument. Officers then spoke with Chantarumporn, who claimed that Hall was actually the one who had pushed him during the argument. Officers could not verify either of the statements as there were no marks on either chest to corroborate their statements. While speaking with officers, Hall advised that Chantarumporn destroyed his cigarettes when the argument ended. When asked about the cigarettes, Chantarumporn admitted throwing Hall’s cigarettes down the garbage disposal because he was mad at him. Chantarumporn also admitted that he purchased the cigarettes for Hall and noted that he does not smoke. Based on the admission of guilt of the destroyed property, Chantarumporn was taken into custody for vandalism.

Johnnita Easley beats father with can of corn during robbery

45-year-old Johnnita Easley was caught stealing from her father, Reginald Easley, at his Trevecca Towers apartment on May 27th. When officers arrived, they met with Reginald, who stated that his daughter and grandson robbed him. Officers observed that Reginald had a knot on his forehead, bloodshot eyes, a cut on his eyelids, and a busted lip. Reginald went on to say that he let Johnnita and his grandson into his apartment to hang out. During their interaction, Reginald displayed $200 in his wallet. Reginald stated that once they saw the cash, Johnnita held him down and started hitting him in the face. While he was being held down, his grandson approached him and held a knife to his throat. Johnnita proceeded to take Reginald’s phone and money from him while his grandson was still holding the knife to his throat, saying, “Give us the money.” Reginald also noted that Johnnita beat him over the head with a can of corn as his grandson held the knife to his throat. Inside the house was the father of Reginald’s grandson, and he stated that he witnessed the incident and corroborated Reginald’s story. Johnnita was taken into custody for aggravated robbery on July 3rd.
