Anthony Walker punches hole in door after mother doesn’t give him pizza money

19-year-old Anthony Walker vandalized his family’s Waterford Circle apartment at 1:40 a.m. on April 12th. Walker’s mother alerted the authorities, advising them that Anthony had punched a hole in one of the bedroom doors and refused to leave. She mentioned that he had become upset after she didn’t reimburse him for the pizza he bought at the store. Walker’s brother told officers that his mom did not pay Walker back because he did not help clean the kitchen. Their mom added that Anthony was “cooling off,” would return home later, and that she did not want to press charges. A warrant was then issued for his arrest. Walker was taken into custody for vandalism on June 25th.

Julien Ayon punches younger brother in the face for coming home late

18-year-old Julien Ayon was involved in an altercation with his minor brother at their Crystal Brook Drive residence early June 24th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Julien’s mother, Diana Ayon, who stated that her younger son had gone jogging around 11 p.m. and returned around 1:30 a.m. Once Julien realized this, he became upset with him and punched him in the mouth. When authorities spoke to the younger brother, he provided a similar statement, telling them that Julien “beat him up” when he got home. Julien told officers he was worried about his brother, so when he got home, he punched him once. Julien Ayon was then taken into custody for domestic assault.

18-year-old Felon Robert Turner jailed after waving his gun around at Kroger

18-year-old Felon Robert Turner called officers to a Kingview Drive residence and stated a group of individuals aimed a firearm at him inside the Clarksville Pike Kroger on June 29th. A responding officer spoke to potential witnesses at Kroger, who advised them that Turner was walking inside the establishment with a firearm. Multiple witnesses stated that Turner said that he would shoot the weapon. When officers reviewed camera footage, it showed Turner holding a gun in his right hand and walking throughout the store waving the gun in the air. Then, officers discovered Turner was placed on probation for motor vehicle burglary, which he violated on February 13th. Turner was then detained and Mirandized. Under Miranda, he stated that after he saw the group of individuals, he asked his friend for their firearm. Turner said he brandished the gun for protection when he saw the group brandish their weapons toward him. Turner was then taken into custody for being a felon in possession of a handgun. After booking Turner, DCSO personnel advised officers that they located ammunition on his person. Turner was additionally charged with contraband inside a penal institute.

Ian Martin tells former romantic partner “F*ck around and find out” after not receiving belongings

24-year-old Ian Martin had a domestic incident with a past intimate partner, Robert Gill-Lavirgne, on June 24th. Authorities responded to a disturbance at the 7-Eleven on Murfreesboro Pike and located Martin. He explained his living situation with Lavirgne and told them how Lavirgne asked him to leave, to which he agreed. Lavirgne told Martin to grab his belongings before he left, but he left without them and called 911, stating that Lavirgne had his items and would leave them there. When Martin asked officers for assistance, he said, “If the police do not get here soon, it is going to be bad.” Martin told officers that he demanded Lavirgne to bring out his items, and if he did not, he would “beat his a**.” When officers spoke with Lavirgne, he shared a similar statement, adding that Martin said if he did not bring him his things, he would “F*ck around and find out.” Martin was then taken into custody for domestic assault.

Jarmal Prewitt caught with Adderall and brass knuckles outside of Rippy’s Honky Tonk

35-year-old Jarmal Prewitt was caught standing outside of Rippy’s Honky Tonk with a warrant at 11:40 p.m. on June 23rd. Officers were conducting a warrant service at the location looking for Prewitt. Officers located Prewitt and took him into custody. Upon searching Prewitt, officers located brass knuckles, a marijuana blunt weighing 1.7 grams, and several Adderall pills. When asked about what officers found, Prewitt admitted that the marijuana and brass knuckles were his but did not claim the Adderall. Prewitt was charged with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, possession of a prohibited weapon, and possession of a legend drug on June 24th.

DUI: Niki Branner jailed after nearly crashing into officer’s car on Briley Parkway

28-year-old Niki Branner was seen almost crashing into an officer’s car on Briley Parkway on June 23rd. Officers observed a black Jeep Grand Cherokee speed past them and immediately slowed down. Officers continued to drive, but as they approached the vehicle in the left lane, it came into their lane, almost hitting them. Officers conducted a traffic stop and approached Branner’s vehicle. As authorities interacted with Branner, they noticed a bag of marijuana. Officers asked Branner if she had smoked that day. Branner admitted that she had smoked 1-2 blunts before she started driving. Officers then asked her if she had any alcoholic beverages before driving. Branner told officers that she did not have any. Branner told officers that she had a gun belonging to her child’s father, so she was asked to exit her car. Officers then took the suspected bag of marijuana and the weapon. Branner agreed to perform sobriety tests, but she performed poorly on the tests, showing numerous indicators of intoxication. After searching the vehicle, officers found an open plastic cup containing an alcoholic drink. Branner was taken into custody for possession of a weapon under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, having an open container of alcohol, driving under the influence, and implied consent on June 24th.
