Nancy Zamora was jailed after almost getting hit by Uber driver

25-year-old Nancy Zamora was seen visibly intoxicated near Broadway and 6th Avenue South on June 21st. EMS called for police assistance and advised them that Zamora had been drinking since 3 in the afternoon. They added that Zamora had lost her phone and did not know where her AirBnB or friends were. When officers arrived, she provided them with three incomplete addresses about her AirBnB and stated she did not know the code to enter it. The Uber driver who picked her up earlier in the night informed them that when he made contact with her, she was in the middle of the roadway and had almost gotten struck by a vehicle. Nancy Zamora was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Stephen Bigley causes a drunken disturbance at Centennial Medical Center

26-year-old Stephen Bigley caused a disturbance at Centennial Medical Center around 9 p.m. on Sunday. Partially due to having over a .200 BAC, Bigley was informed that he was placed under a psychiatric hold. Shortly after, Bigley started attempting to leave, ignoring multiple staff members until hospital security detained him on a public sidewalk. When officers arrived at the Medical Center, they escorted Bigley back inside, where he made a scene, causing hospital employees to pause their operations. Stephen Bigley was discharged and then was immediately taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Shaetha Mahinda throws Xbox controller at partner during altercation

31-year-old Shaetha Mahinda had a domestic altercation with her partner, Louis Aguilar, at their Placemakr Premier SoBro Nashville Hotel room late Friday night. Upon arrival, responding officers tried to get Aguilar’s statement numerous times but were unsuccessful. When they asked if he could explain the cuts and scratches on his neck, chest, and arms, he told them he had fallen earlier in the night. Aguilar’s injuries did not indicate that, so officers went to speak with Mahinda, who appeared visibly impaired. Officers had Mahinda take a seat because she could not stand without swaying. During Mahinda’s interaction with officers, she repeatedly told them, “Whatever Louis said.” When they asked her for elaboration, she would giggle and say, “Whatever Louis said,” each time. A hotel security officer said he had seen the couple arguing in the hallway outside their room. He added that Mahinda threw multiple things at Aguilar, including an Xbox controller. Shaetha Mahinda was then taken into custody for domestic assault.

Randi Lambert drunkenly swears at staff at Nashville International Airport

On Friday Night, 31-year-old Randi Estella Lambert caused a disturbance near Gate D3 at Nashville International Airport. When officers arrived, they saw her cursing out Southwest Airlines gate agents, so they made contact with her. While interacting with her, they noticed she reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication. After Southwest rebooked her for a Saturday flight, officers offered her a cab or Uber to a hotel for the night. When they started escorting her, she stumbled and continued yelling and cursing while children were present, so they detained her for the outburst. After handcuffing her, officers had to carry her to their patrol car because she was unable to walk down the steps. Lambert was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Keagan Hicks, 20, charged with underage drinking

20-year-old Keagan Hicks was involved in a verbal domestic dispute on June 23rd. While officers investigated this, Hicks refused to give them his ID. During their interaction, they noticed he showed signs of impairment. Keagan Hicks eventually admitted to drinking and being underage, so he was taken into custody and charged with underage alcohol consumption.

Kingsley Nmoh damages girlfriend’s door after argument over phone

28-year-old Kingsley Nmoh had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Cydney Gordon, at her Conviser Drive residence on March 2nd. Gordon told responding officers that she had returned Nmoh’s car to his house on Belle Oaks Place, and he drove her home. During the ride, Nmoh accused her of stealing his phone. When they arrived, Nmoh followed her inside, where he continued searching for his phone. Gordon said she told him to check his car, which he did while she locked the door behind him. Once he returned, he forced the door open, causing its frame to sustain damage. After doing so, he argued with Gordon and left in his vehicle. A warrant was issued for his arrest on March 3rd. Kingsley Nmoh was taken into custody for vandalism on June 21st.

Samuel Hardin charged with BUI after “great difficulty” in docking

28-year-old Samuel Kirby Hardin was seen towing a boat that nearly hit multiple docks at Blue Turtle Bay Marina around 4:45 p.m. on June 23rd. When officers arrived, they observed him exhibiting “great difficulty” in docking and angrily yelling at an individual trying to assist him. Afterward, Hardin approached and spoke with officers. During this, they noticed he reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication. Hardin admitted to drinking Twisted Tea and a vodka shot before coming to Blue Turtle Bay Marina. He consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and after being read implied consent, he agreed to provide a blood sample. Officers later discovered that he had been convicted of DUI in 2017 and DUI-2nd offense in 2021 in Georgia. Hardin was then taken into custody for boating under the influence-3rd offense.

Businessman Bill Whitaker charged with DUI in West Nashville after drinking at “nearby casino”

56-year-old Bill Whitaker was observed obstructing traffic near the Elliston 23 parking garage in the early hours of June 22nd. After noticing this, the location’s security guard, Cameron Stewart, alerted the authorities and advised them that he was slumped over the driver’s seat with his engine on. He stated he opened Whitaker’s driver’s side door, parked the vehicle, took the keys out of the ignition, and called 911. When officers arrived, they tried to speak with Whitaker, but he was “extremely unresponsive” until they rubbed his sternum to wake him up.

Whitaker then refused medical attention and denied taking any medication. During their interaction, officers smelled a strong alcoholic odor coming from Whitaker, so they asked him to exit the vehicle. While getting out, he had to brace himself against the car, and then he denied driving, stating that someone had driven him there, but he could not “clearly articulate” where he was. Then, Whitaker admitted to having eight drinks while at a “nearby casino,” including one cocktail and four tequila shots, and refused to take sobriety tests. Officers later discovered the vehicle was registered to his business and detained him for the occurrence. After being read implied consent, Whitaker refused to provide a chemical sample and was taken into custody for driving under the influence and an implied consent violation. Landry Callahan jailed after drinking with fake ID in downtown Nashville

Metro Police say 20-year-old Landry Wells Callahan was among a group of individuals in front of Jason Aldean’s Bar early Sunday morning when their conversation became loud and “alarming” to officers. Officers approached to see if they could assist, and one of the individuals was attempting to arrange a ride home. On the other end of the call, police could hear what sounded like a domestic incident. As they were investigating that end of the call, Callahan became belligerent and began to throw random items while stumbling on Broadway. It became apparent Callahan was unable to care for herself due to her level of intoxication. Police spoke with her further, and she disclosed she was only twenty years old while consuming alcohol. Officers located three different identification cards on her, with only one matching her name and likeness. She was taken into custody and charged with underage alcohol consumption, public intoxication, and use of a fake ID.

DUI: Stefanie Fair, Momfluencer & wife of music mogul Ron Fair, arrested in Nashville

51-year-old Stefanie Fair, wife of music mogul Ron Fair, was jailed late Sunday, charged with driving under the influence. THP Trooper Velez was finishing up a traffic stop near Armory Drive and walking back to his patrol car when a vehicle driven by Stefanie Fair passed him without moving over or slowing down. The trooper engaged lights and sirens and followed Fair, who eventually pulled over after an extended period of time. When educating her about the move-over law violation, she reportedly reeked of alcohol and had watery, bloodshot eyes. She denied drinking any alcoholic beverages and stated she had just returned from the Ice Cream Parlor, where she was visiting her daughter. She exited the vehicle to speak to the trooper, and the aroma of alcohol followed her. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for DUI.
